Please Note In most cases, orders received before 12:00 pm pacific standard time will be shipped that same day. However, processing your order can take up to 72 hours, during the business week. If you have a specific time frame within which you need your products to arrive, please call or email us and we can give you specific information. Our office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm pacific standard time. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays. There is no shipping on those days. If any item in your order is not in stock we will let you know and the item will be shipped upon arrival. Please include your phone number when placing an order. Your phone number is for expediting your order and for shipping verification purposes only! Your phone number is NOT sold for promotional use or otherwise used for solicitation!

GENERALLY all our products are very personal use products and therefore returns on some items are not exceptable due to hygiene and the fact they can not be resold or used again.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS If any item we sell should fail due to manufacturer defects within 30 days after receipt, we'll repair or replace it; if we can't do either, we'll issue you a refund for the purchase price. For authorized returns, we will pay for the shipping, both to return the product to us and to return it to you.
NOT SATISFIED WITH A PRODUCT The item must not have been used and be received by us within 10 days of you receiving it. Unless it fits under our unacceptable for return policy. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item. We'll issue a credit for the full amount of purchase, minus a 15% returns fee. The original cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited.
